First Ever DanceDanceRevolution Social Game
to Hit Western Shores

KONAMI is proud to announce the music game "DanceDanceRevolution*1" (hereinafter "DDR") will be heading to smartphones in an upcoming February, 2012*2 North American and European release.

This title will be the first social game of the DDR music game series, which has reached lifetime sales of over 15.9 million*3 units worldwide, with demand centered in the Western market. In addition to the action element of moving in rhythm to the music?the signature experience of the DDR series?players will be able to enjoy various communication elements unique to social games by battling against or cooperating with other players.

KONAMI's social games such as "DRAGON COLLECTION," "SENGOKU COLLECTION," and "Professional Baseball Dream Nine" have continued to rank in at top spots on social networking sites, and have surpassed a total of 11 million*4 registered users. This upcoming addition to the DDR franchise represents the fusion of a proven mastery of social game development with a property boasting a phenomenal Western following?making it the perfect title for the target market.
