Konami Digital Entertainment, Co. Ltd. is proud to announce the Saturday, April 21st release of the online horseracing game, "Digital Game Card GI ALLSTAR'S Japan Horse Racing 2012" (hereafter known as "GI ALLSTAR'S").

This game is the newest installment of the "Digital Game Card" series, where the fun of collecting trading cards meets the excitement of playing together in an online social game.

In "GI ALLSTAR'S" players collect racehorse cards, enjoy racing with other players, and raise their very own ultimate racehorse. Players can choose their favorite from over 100 legendary racehorses including Japanese Triple Crown winners like Narita Brian, Deep Impact, and Orfevre. Players raise their racehorse’s stats by competing in races, and by pairing their racehorse with different cards. With licensing from the Japan Racing Association (JRA), players' dreams are realized as their horses can compete in actual graded races, including the Japan Cup and the Arima Kinen.

To amplify the fun factor even further, the game also integrates social gaming elements, such as the ability to communicate with other players. Racehorses are powered up when they receive support from other players, and players can breed their horses together to create an all new original racehorse that will inherit the strengths from each player’s horse.

Konami will continue providing all-new card games in order to deliver exciting content to its ever-growing consumer base.

[How to Play "GI ALLSTAR'S"]

1. Register on the official website and create your personal page     (this only needs to be done the first time you play). Registration is free.

2. Register the racehorse cards you purchased.

There are two types of cards: physical cards that can be purchased in stores and digital cards that can be purchased at the official website. [Physical Cards] Enter the serial numbers printed on the reverse side of the cards. You can also easily register by scanning the matrix 2D barcodes. [Digital Cards] Cards purchased at the official website using WebMoney or your credit card will be automatically registered.

3. Select your racehorse of choice from your registered cards.     Your remaining cards can be paired with it to improve your racehorse's stats.

4. Strive to attain the top racehorse as you compete online against players from all across Japan.
