KONAMI announced today that it will release its much anticipated high school baseball game for the Nintendo DS, NETTO! PAWAFURU KOSHIEN, on Thursday, March 18th.
NETTO! PAWAFURU KOSHIEN is a simulation game that features high school baseball teams and newly created baseball title* by the production team behind the JIKKYO PAWAFURU PURO YAKYU and JIKKYO PAWAFURU MAJOR LEAGUE series.

KONAMI continues to expand the title line-up for baseball game with the addition of more fun and excitement.

NETTO! PAWAFURU KOSHIEN puts players in the coach's seat to make decisions to build stronger team and give them the chance to lead their team to victory at Koshien, Japan's renowned annual national high school baseball tournament.
Gameplay proceeds according to the cards, road map and calendar schedule. You'll never see the words "Game Over" in NETTO! PAWAFURU KOSHIEN because the game never ends. After the summer tournament is over the seniors simply graduate to make room for the incoming freshman who join the team at the beginning of the next school year. Assuming the role of coach, players continually put their team through the paces in hopes of making them good enough to be Koshien champs.
In addition to the game's five modes, players can also compete against and interact with other players as well as enjoy simple mini games via a Nintendo Wi-Fi or other wireless connection.
