The KONAMI video game, "LOVEPLUS" has been made into a comic and will be printed in comic magazines published by Kodansha Ltd.
"LOVEPLUS" is a new original romantic communication game where players can experience daily life with a girlfriend. The game has been a hot topic in magazines, television shows and the internet for its romance occurring in real time and seasons changing accordingly. Also, the girlfriend will be changed their hair style, fashion and personality by the player's taste. The game was also entered as a judging committee-recommended title at the 13th annual Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs "MEDIA ART FESTIVAL."
Following up on the game's promotion, the comics will begin in 5 comic magazines ranging from children's comics to the young adult genre starting in April, 2010. KONAMI's original "LOVEPLUS" will be told by "Suzuka" author, Koji Seo and other notable comic artists and follow the original new stories of each of the three heroines and their history up to the point they meet the player.
KONAMI will continue to promote "LOVEPLUS" in various ways so that as many customers as possible can experience "LOVEPLUS".
