KONAMI's Winning Eleven 2010, the latest title in its Winning Eleven franchise that has sold over 62.2 million copies* worldwide, is now available for the iPhone and iPod touch in Japan, the U.S. and Europe. This is the first Winning Eleven title released as a smartphone app.
Officially licensed by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), the game gives players a chance to get in on all the excitement of the UEFA Champions League. This fun new game app also features more than 120 European club teams along with some 80 national teams from around the world.

The movements of the players on the field can be controlled intuitively via the unique tilt control feature of the iPhone and iPod touch or via on-screen directional pad and buttons that are just like a video game controller.
The app features four game modes, including the Match mode where players can take to the field as their favorite team in toe-to-toe competition against the computer. Then there is the League mode in which players select a team from a field that encompasses six different leagues, including the Spanish and Italian leagues, and take them all the way to the top.
KONAMI is bringing the Winning Eleven series to new heights via a wide array of platforms as it delivers the thrill of soccer to fans everywhere.
