KONAMI is in Cologne, Germany for gamescom 2010, Europe's largest interactive games and entertainment trade fair, running from August 18^th to August 22^nd.

Visitors to the fair can enjoy the first kickoff of PES 2011- Pro Evolution Soccer on the KONAMI booth's special demo pods. This latest title from KONAMI's popular Winning Eleven series, which has sold over 63.6 million copies^*1 worldwide, features a variety of new player motions and enhanced graphics. In addition, the reworked control system gives total freedom to control player actions.

Moreover, it comes with “UEFA Champions League” mode, which is a championship competition to decide the No.1 club team in Europe. For the first time ever in videogame history, this title also includes “Copa Santander Libertadores” mode for deciding the strongest team in South America.

Another highlight is the playable demo version of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, the latest title in the Castlevania franchise, created in association with Kojima Productions, best known for its METAL GEAR series.

KONAMI also rolled out two new controller-free family-oriented games DanceEvolution and CROSSBOARD 7, in which players use their entire body. Debuting at the event is DanceDanceRevolution^*2, a music game for the PlayStation®3 (PlayStation®Move).

On top of these recent releases, KONAMI is showcasing a huge lineup of hit products. Visitors to the KONAMI booth will have the opportunity to experience Def Jam Rapstar, a music game featuring famous artists belonging to the record label, as well as Gormiti: The Lords of Nature!, an action game utilizing popular contents in Europe.
