KONAMI Video Distribution to Start

KONAMI will start distribution of video animation based on its original anime and will offer its content assets in various formats as it continues to pave new paths that enable as many fans as possible to enjoy KONAMI contents.
Part 1 of the distribution will start with, “Tokimeki Memorial OnlyLove”, an anime series of the KONAMI dating simulation game “Tokimeki Memorial” and will be offered from August 25 (Wed) for 250 yen*1 per episode.
“Tokimeki Memorial OnlyLove” is an anime series aired on TV from 2006 to 2007, based on the story of the main character “Riku Aoba” a recent transfer student to the private “Tsumugino Private High School” and his lively high school life with his friends and heroines of the popular game series.

This series will be followed by works such as “QUIZ MAGIC ACADEMY -ORIGINAL ANIMATION-”, “SKYGIRLS”, and “BEST STUDENT COUNCIL”
All works will be distributed through PlayStation®Store*2 by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. They will be distributed using a rental method*3 and will be made available for download from Play Station®3, PSP® (Play Station® Portable), and PC*4 for viewing pleasure with any device any time, anywhere.
*1 Anime other than “Tokimeki Memorial OnlyLove” is scheduled to be offered from 200 yen to around 300 yen per episode.
*2 “PlayStation®Store” is an online shop of the “PlayStation Network” that offers downloads and purchase of games/videos/comic contents via Internet connection on PS3® and PSP®.
*3 Contents can be viewed for a limited time by rental method from the PlayStation®Store. Contents can be viewed any time within 30 days from purchase and up to 72 hours from the first time that it is played. Contents downloaded via PS3® (excluding some titles) can also be played on PSP® that has been authenticated with the same account. Images forwarded from PSP® to PS3® can be viewed on PS3®.
*4 Users filing and playing media files, as well as users forwarding files between PSP® must have the PC exclusive software, “Media Go”.
