KONAMI is set to release "HUNTER CHRONICLE"—a social game built to work in conjunction with KONAMI's arcade hit "Steel Chronicle"—on Thursday, January 19^th. Players will be empowered with the ability to beef up characters used in the arcade game while playing the social game, letting them take the fun of the arcade wherever they go.

"Steel Chronicle" is an online action game in which the main characters work together to defeat monsters and complete missions as they try to save the world.

Its counterpart, "HUNTER CHRONICLE," is a social game focused on strengthening support characters (small robots), and will see players both working with and going head to head against each other while collecting upgrade items. When then used in "Steel Chronicle," these trusty sidekicks will aid you with support fire, or even heal you, providing various types of offensive and defensive support.

KONAMI will continue to provide consumers with new, innovative arcade experiences, and produce content fueled with even more KONAMI fun and inspiration.
