KONAMI is celebrating the launch of "METAL GEAR SOLID SNAKE EATER 3D"—the latest edition in the "METAL GEAR" series of action games—by releasing limited quantities of the "METAL GEAR SOLID SNAKE EATER 3D PREMIUM PACKAGE," which includes both the game and a Nintendo 3DS system sporting a special exterior design.

The included "Snake Camouflage" Nintendo 3DS system features an embossed snakeskin aesthetic in honor of the protagonist of the game, codenamed "Snake," and is the first Nintendo 3DS system to feature an embossed design.

"METAL GEAR SOLID SNAKE EATER 3D" is a remake of "METAL GEAR SOLID 3: SNAKE EATER," which illuminates the origins of the "METAL GEAR" series and has been well received both in Japan and abroad. The new game takes full advantage of the Nintendo 3DS's capabilities, implementing intuitive controls via the system's gyro sensor and Touch Screen, in addition to offering vivid 3D graphics—making the experience more immersive than ever.

KONAMI will be selling this product in limited numbers via a raffle system, through the KONAMI STYLE online store. The package launches the same day as the standalone game, on Thursday, March 8^th.
